Howard Home Realty
A ground-up website rebuild for a Texas brokerage — the before, and the current version of the after. Still in progress, shown anyway. That's kind of the point.
The Client
Lindsay Howard is the owner/broker of Howard Home Realty — and a past guest on the show. Her brokerage works a specific niche: new-construction with builders plus rural, lake, acreage, and golf-course resales, in Huntsville, TX and north. The tagline says it plainly: “Where Builders and Buyers Connect.”

The original site is still live; the rebuild is running as a draft on Firebase Hosting until the domain cuts over. Compare them yourself — both links work.
What Got Built
- Astro 5 static site on Firebase Hosting
- Pages: Home, About, Team (per-agent pages), Home Builders, Buyers & Sellers, Contact, listing detail pages, and a branded 404
- Contact form wired through a Firebase Cloud Function
- Service-area map (SVG), market-trends widget (FRED data), stats widget, and a news feed
- schema.org structured data throughout
- CI/CD with preview deploys

IDX/MLS listings integration and the domain cutover are still pending — which is why the “after” lives at a web.app URL for now.
