Howard Home Realty
A ground-up website rebuild for a Texas brokerage. We showed this page while the work was half-done — that was kind of the point. As of August 8, 2026, the finished site is live at howardhomerealty.com.
The Client
Lindsay Howard is the owner/broker of Howard Home Realty — and a past guest on the show. Her brokerage works a specific niche: new-construction with builders plus acreage, lakeside, golf-course, subdivision, and urban communities across southeast Texas. The tagline says it plainly: “Where Builders and Buyers Connect.”
Before & After
The original site is gone — the rebuild took over its domain at the cutover. The “before” survives here as a screenshot; the “after” you can go click around yourself.
What Got Built
- Astro 5 static site on Firebase Hosting
- Pages: Home, About, Team (per-agent pages), Home Builders, Buyers & Sellers, Contact, listing detail pages, and a branded 404
- IDX/MLS integration — a full listing search plus a featured-listings pipeline feeding the home page
- Contact form wired through a Firebase Cloud Function
- Service-area map (SVG, eight active counties plus an exploring tier), market-trends widget (FRED data), stats widget, and a news feed
- schema.org structured data throughout
- CI/CD with preview deploys and a dedicated preview subdomain
- Domain cutover, SSL, and branded email on Google Workspace to bring it all live
